Our core-team has experience of thermal spray coating for more than 20-years on roller repairing, sleeve/bush manufacturing, OEM coating and on-site service. In 2009, we got a contract with Formosa Plastics Group, Taiwan’s largest petrochemical company. In 2010, we passed qualification by Bloom Energy, the global leader in manufacture of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC). In 2013, we obtained "SBIR Industry Evolution Award" from Ministry of Economic Affairs, ROC. Moreover, we also provide service to China Steel Co., AGCO(leading agricultural supplier), P&G, Cheng Loong Corp, Formosa Chemicals & Fiber Co., Chang Chun Group and Uni-President Co.
Thermal spray coating is a surface modification/ coating process where a wide range of material (metals, alloy, ceramic and cermets) can be melted and sprayed onto the surface. The coated surface could be protected from wear, erosion, corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation. The coatings could also have properties of higher conductivity, dielectricity or thermal barrier. The technology was wildly applied in many industries, such as steel, petrochemical, valve, paper making, fiber, aerospace, automobile, artificial skeleton, optoelectronics, semi-conductor and fuel cell system.
